Practice Policies
-
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are billed at the full appointment fee.
I understand that unexpected situations arise and may waive this fee in certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events.
-
Prospective patients are encouraged to contact the practice through the consultation request form or by phone.
For established patients, the secure patient portal is the preferred method of communication for non-urgent clinical questions, prescription refill requests and administrative matters.
Please note that messages are reviewed during regular business hours and should not be used for urgent concerns or emergencies.
-
Protecting your privacy is a priority. The practice uses HIPAA-compliant software and secure electronic systems to safeguard your personal health information.
-
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who do not use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs before receiving services. Additional information will be provided before your first appointment.
