Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for patients located in Massachusetts at the time of their visit. In-person appointments may also be available depending on scheduling and office availability.

No. This is an out-of-network practice and I do not bill insurance companies directly.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance company before your first appointment to understand your benefits.

The frequency of appointments depends on your individual needs and treatment goals. Some patients are seen weekly or every other week for psychotherapy, while others receiving medication management may be seen less frequently once treatment is established.
