Thoughtful psychiatry and psychotherapy for adults.

Welcome

Seeking mental health care can feel like a big step. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I provide psychotherapy, medication management, and combined treatment for adults, with an office in Harvard Square and virtual care throughout Massachusetts. I keep my practice small so that we have time to understand not only the symptoms you’re experiencing, but also the experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to them.

Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and what matters to you.

Ways We Can Work Together

I offer psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both, depending on your needs and treatment goals.

Psychotherapy

Ongoing psychotherapy for those interested in better understanding themselves, their emotions, relationships, and recurring patterns, while working toward meaningful change.

Psychotherapy & Medication Management

Integrated treatment that allows us to consider both the psychological and biological aspects of what you’re experiencing, with psychotherapy and medication managed together.

Medication Management

Thoughtful psychiatric care focused on finding a medication approach that fits your needs, preferences, and broader treatment goals.

Areas of Focus

People seek mental health care for many reasons. You may be struggling with symptoms that interfere with daily life, navigating a difficult transition, or hoping to better understand yourself and your relationships.

Some of the concerns I commonly work with include:

Anxiety, Perfectionism & Self-Criticism

Persistent worry, difficulty tolerating uncertainty, harsh self-criticism, or feeling that you’re never doing enough.

Depression, Self-Esteem & Identity

Low mood, loss of motivation, feelings of inadequacy, or questions about who you are and what you want from your life.

Relationships, Trauma & Life Transitions

Recurring relationship patterns, the lasting impact of difficult experiences, or navigating changes in relationships, work, school, or other stages of life.

Bipolar Disorder & Psychosis

Thoughtful, ongoing care for people experiencing bipolar disorder or psychosis, with attention to both managing symptoms and understanding the broader impact of these experiences on your life.

Request a Consultation

Interested in working together?

The first step is a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. You can request a consultation by completing the form.

We’ll briefly discuss what brings you to treatment, what you’re looking for, and whether my practice may be a good fit. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions about my approach and services.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an initial evaluation. If another clinician or type of care would better meet your needs, I’ll do my best to suggest other resources when possible.
